All our hot sauces are a delicious combination of femented peppers and roasted peppers. This sauce gets it's heat from the serrano peppers and a complex depth of flavor from various other milder green peppers, this year's crop included: several types of jalepeños, peachdews, nambe pueblo chiles, shishito peppers, and bell peppers.
